Re-upholstering Austin 10

Creations Direct Furniture Repair were commissioned to completely re-upholster the whole interior of a 1936 Austin 10 for Mr Pickering of East Yorkshire.

The old interior had seen better days and featured a worn brown carpet/trim, faux leather seats with black piping and matching faux leather door panels.

We completely transformed this classic car by removing the full interior. All old worn fabrics and carpets were removed, the seats were re-padded with specialist foams and fibres for extra comfort and support. We then recovered all seats with 100% Genuine Leather with a red piping to along with the matching door panels to complement the new 80/20 Wilton wool carpets we also installed.
